In a tough loss on senior night, varsity girls basketball fell to Highland Conference opponent McBain 36-57 last night. The Vikings were led by MaKayla Watkins with 15 points. Cali D'Amour and Emma Kuziel each added 6 points.

ATHLETES OF THE WEEK
Ahryn LaVigne (varsity bowling) and Teague Hartman (varsity skiing)
Ahryn has made some huge improvements in practice these last couple of weeks. It really paid off for her at Regionals this weekend, where she bowled some of her highest games of the season.
Teague had a great day at the LMC championship, earning all-conference honors in both slalom and giant slalom. Teague is a four-year varsity skier who will leave a gaping hole behind. His calm demeanor, consistency, and conviction will be missed, but mostly he is a genuinely great human and has been an anchor on the team during his tenure.

Girls basketball will wrap up the regular season in a home match up against McBain tonight. Those who can't be here can watch the games using these NFHS subscription links. Go Vikes!
