GHS Players presented fall play, 67 Cinderellas, on December 8 & 9, 2017

The GHS Players presented 67 Cinderellas on Friday, December 8, and Saturday, December 9, at 6:30 p.m. in the Joseph Stripe Auditorium.

The show was a new take on the old fairy tale, focusing on the prince and his search for the girl who loses the slipper. A series of mishaps occur when the shoe fits many different girls, and he almost marries the wrong girl several times until he finally meets Cinderella, but by then it may be too late.

It included a great debut performance by freshman Chase Mead as Prince Dalliance. Senior Alyssa Cobb, fresh off her performance as Belle in Beauty and the Beast, played the Prince's loyal best friend Elise, and senior Chantel Maczorowski stole every scene she was in as Minerva, the evil stepmother. There were also standout performances by Senior Carlie Wilson as Vilda and junior Madison Iwinski as Willimenie, the two spoiled stepsisters. And, of course, it wouldn't be a Cinderella story without Cinderella, and sophomore Olivia Van De Ven filled those glass slippers quite nicely.

Director Chad Patterson and his cast and crew hope you saw the show.

The GHS Players present a play in the fall and a musical in the spring.
