Coach's Corner

On September 13, we competed in the Alpena Invitational and did a great job. Grayling placed 4th with a score of 393. TC Central won with a 361; TC West and Alpena tied for 2nd with a score of 386. Cheboygan placed 5th with a score of 396; Petoskey had a 412, Harbor Springs a 429, and Gaylord St. Mary had a score of 441. Heather Ruddy, our #1 golfer, was 3rd overall with career low score of 88. She medaled once again. Golfers 2-6 played well also with scores of: #2 Whitney Schans - 97, #3 Angie Rouston - 104, #4 Natalie Woodley - 108, #5 Elle Smith - 138, and #6 Logan Miller - 104.
                                                  
On September 15, we played at Glen Lake. Scores were Grayling - 208, Traverse City St. Francis - 225, and Glen Lake - 252. The low score from the Vikings was Angie Rouston with a 50 (9 holes).
