8:00 events should report to their rooms for warm-up Be to your rooms ½ hour before you perform. Do not perform without your accompanist. Do not perform if your parents are supposed to listen to you. |

Remember to do the following · Number your measures. · Acknowledge the audience · Thank the adjudicator. · Thank your accompanist. · After your event, take your instrument out of the room. Your rating will be posted usually one event after you have completed. Remember your medal slip AND your original adjudicator copy. · Each event is required to be over two minutes. I don’t think this a problem. · If you are leaving during the day, you must sign out on the bus list, which will be located at a location to be announced.
