This is my third year at AuSable Primary and in second grade. My educational background includes a B.A.A. from Central Michigan University with a major in Child Development. My teaching certification was granted through Michigan State University.

On a more personal note, I am a very busy mom of three active little boys. Joshua is 6, a first grader. Ben,is 5 and starting kindergarten, and my baby Zane is 2 1/2. Outside of school my boys keep me pretty busy so I don't have all that many hobbies. I enjoy home improvements, outdoor walks, and camping.

As I said I am dedicated to making your child's year a success and am always willing to hear any questions or concerns you might have.

I am in great need of anyone who wishes to volunteer. I need someone on both a regular scheduled basis. Please let me know ASAP if you are able to help!  We celebrate birthdays in class with a special class wish book. You are welcome to send in a treat for your child that day if you like. If your child has a summer birthday please pick out an alternative day to celebrate and let me know your choice ASAP. I also provide a snack time daily so you may wish to send something in with your child for a healthy snack mid morning.  As far as meeting with me, I would appreciate scheduling a time before or after school if you have any concerns. If you do need to contact me you can call the school, 344-3654, before 8:25 and after 3:30pm. If it is not during these hours I ask that you leave a message so I can get back with you. I look forward to working with all of you.
