• Show respect towards self, others, and materials

• Take care of my agenda book

• Be aware of and take care of my personal hygiene needs

I accept the responsibility to:

• Make sure my child is eating healthy food and getting enough sleep

• Help my child attend school regularly and be on time

• Help with homework and make sure to return the agenda book

• Model positive behavior

• Check grades weekly on-line/through agenda book/etc.

• Contact the school with any concern I have about my child

• Limit technology (phone, TV, computer games, internet use etc.)
