Kids' Night Out |
| The Class of 2011 began Kids' Night Out during our freshman year. It has been a very popular event among both kids and parents and it is a fantastic fund raiser for our class. This year's events will take place on Friday, December 3, 2010 and Friday, March 18, 2011. Kids' Night Out is an evening for kids to hang out with their friends and enjoy chaperoned activities for a few hours at GHS. While their kids are playing sports, watching movies, singing karaoke, doing crafts and having fun, parents get a few hours to themselves to catch up on chores at home, go to dinner or a movie, or maybe get some holiday shopping done. At only $5 per child, parents consider it money well-spent. Of course, it takes a lot of work to prepare for and host such events.
